We were founded in 2015 by transactions expert Christos Tsonis. After nearly ten years in a leading law firm and as a perennial challenger of the status quo, CXT Legal was created as a better way of providing legal services to the private market.
With a blank piece of paper to create the ultimate law firm, the CXT Legal team had a huge opportunity to do things differently.
Our resulting success is based on many different strategies. These include using smart systems and technology to run things efficiently, bringing in and developing an expert team, and reshaping how services are offered and charged for.
Within its first year, CXT Legal was retained for a sell-side transaction to a publicly listed entity (deal value circa $40 million+). It truly set us apart for providing big ticket legal services without the price tag.
